NEW BEGINNINGS FITNESS

This class designed to take intimidation and fear out of a group training environment. This structured class works strength on day one and conditioning on day two. It’s a great class for newbies that joined the gym but need direction and a proven plan to train with success. Workouts vary and you’ll never suffer from boredom. Class is also great for those that have come back to the gym after a period of inactivity.  Class meets Monday & Wednesdays at 7:30 pm. You work at your own pace and level.
