F.I.T. Boot Camp blends cardio endurance with bodyweight exercises and resistance training. It’s the perfect supplement to your fitness routine. Both challenging and exciting, this class draws a large crowd. Equipment used in this program are: barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, trap bars, sleds, battle ropes, sandbags, slam balls, medicine balls, fitness bands, and much more. All fitness levels are welcome, as we provide exercise regressions tailored to your fitness level. May also be performed outdoors depending on season. This program is a month to month program.
