Class Description:

Students will be taught from a multiple martial arts backgrounds and applied research to develop options through realistic experiences from my time abroad in Australia and as a life long NYC resident. 

Students will develop assertiveness as they practice verbal de-escalation and negotiation, boundary setting, and refine their physical abilities against any Assailant for self-protection.

  • Mindset for Fighting Back 
  • Criminal Mindset 
  • Boundary Setting & Conflict De-escalation 
  • Full Force Scenarios against Assailants Attacking from front and Behind 

Level 1 covers the Principles of Women’s Self Defense to include awareness strategies taking into account the behavioral patterns of criminals, sex crimes, situational recognition, personal behavioral assessment, methods to identify vulnerability, countermeasures available, and more. 

This is a WOMEN ONLY self-defense class held at the Intoxx Oakwood Locations. Classes are held every Saturday at 11am. You can request more information by clicking the link below
