The HIIT Strength Academy is form of metabolic training where you move from one exercise to the next with little to no rest in timed circuits. Body-weight and resistance equipment is used.  This style of training increases the total metabolic output both during the workout, as well as after the workout is completed. HIIT Academy workouts burns more calories than most fitness classes, and does so in an efficient manner.  The class builds lean muscle, develops endurance and can be utilized for an individual with several goals, i.e. lose weight, endurance athletic training.


The HIIT Academy also uses kettle-bells, barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, sandbags and more.
