   The Alpha Squad class is a no-nonsense approach to achieving optimal results in the gym through hard work, mental toughness and dedication. It’s designed to blend the science of functional training with unconventional training methods.  The class is structured and programmed into mini cycles focusing on building strength, power, conditioning and endurance.  Training is specific and you will train with a purpose.
